![]() ![]() It still fails to run for me on my machine with proton experimental/beta runtime/beta steam client on Exherbo Linux with the well knownįrom the logs wine: Call from 000000007B01260E to unimplemented function d3dx11_43.dll.D3DX11CreateThreadPump, aborting has already been mentioned above from someone else, running another distribution, Arch: #3982 (comment) so for me that still appears to be the problem as well. Just playing the Tested with clean prefixes and additionally complete reinstallations of the game and while it now indeed works fine on Fedora tested with stable proton/runtime/steam client on one machine: fedora_steam-1113000.log For the sake of the report the log is just from the default proton install. I've already checked the log files and tried installing quartz and the other dlls people recommended but It didn't work. Every time I tried to launch it after that It'd just go through the Atlus and P-Studio logo and crash with a textbox saying "Application has crashed". Messed with the game a bit until I got "timed out" by it, it'd link me to a page saying that "they couldn't verify my purchase of the game" or something along those lines. The game used to work when I first tried it, only with Proton 7, other versions of proton like GE didn't work. that I have checked whether there are updates for my system available.that I haven't found an existing compatibility report for this game.Link to full system information report as Gist: Full system report. ![]() ![]() Name of the game with compatibility issues: Persona 4 Golden. ![]()
